Our shop offers both in-stock items and made-to-order products.
For made-to-order items, production begins after the order has been confirmed, and the item will be shipped once completed.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

• For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may be applied.
  These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

• If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes,
  we are unable to offer refunds or reshipments.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of made-to-order products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for customer convenience. However, in the case of defective products or incorrect deliveries, we will accept returns or exchanges.

• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item if your order qualifies.

• For in-stock items, exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused and you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

• If an order is refused, unclaimed, returned, or destroyed due to customer-related reasons—including but not limited to refusal of delivery, prolonged absence, incorrect address, or failure to pay customs duties and import taxes—no refunds will be issued for the product price or shipping costs.
