WARRANTY & REPAIR
This product comes with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, defects that occur under normal use will be repaired free of charge, in accordance with our policy.
Repair requests made after the warranty period will be handled as paid repairs.
Warranty Exclusions
The following cases may not be covered under warranty, even within the warranty period:
Failure to present a warranty card
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, modification, disassembly, or unauthorized repair
Natural wear, abrasion, or aging of materials
Natural variations in leather, lacquer, or other materials
Damage caused by impact, dropping, or exposure to water

We offer repair services both during and after the warranty period.

Please note that some types of damage may not be repairable.

International Repairs
We accept repair inquiries for products shipped outside Japan.
However, all shipping costs, customs duties, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
